Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world! If you run into an issue during checkout, just email us and we'll add your country for you.

How long does standard shipping take?
We try to ship the same day if possible but most orders within the USA take 1-7 business days. Please remeber we actually hand make every belt, so quality is extremily important to us. I promise its worth the wait. We also offer expedited shipping options, within the USA. Outside of the country will vary based on location.

When will my order be sent?
All orders will be sent out within 1-7 business days.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

What shipping method do you use?
We ship all orders with USPS or UPS.

What is your return/refund policy?
All products can be returned/refunded within 14 days as long as unused. (During the holiday season we make exceptions beyond 14 days if items are unused.) More information found here: Return Policy

Where will my order be shipped from?
We are located in Oklahoma, so thats where we ship from.

Where is my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation will be emailed to you after purchase. Please check your spam folder for our email to make sure you received it.

Can I use more than 1 discount code at a time?
No, our system only allows 1 code to be used per order.
