If your belt fails due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it—no questions asked. This warranty covers issues such as faulty stitching, defective hardware, or material flaws.
Please note: This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, scuffs, or discoloration)
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
Loss or theft
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return or exchange your belt within 30 days of receipt, provided it meets the following conditions:
The belt is unused, uncut, and in original condition
All original packaging and tags are intact
A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase is included

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Cut or Altered Belts: Belts that have been cut or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
Custom Orders: Custom-sized or personalized belts are non-returnable unless there's a manufacturing defect.
Processing Time: Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
